AGO Sent the Case of Kidnapping and Killing of a Child to Court

Attorney General’s Office (AGO) of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan completed its investigation on this case and sent it to the Primary Court of the Third District of Kabul city.

The defendants kidnapped a 13 years old boy in District Eight of Kabul city and killed him later.

The lawsuit prepared by the assigned prosecutor states that the boy was lost on the 29th of August 2019. His father sought him but did not find him. In the morning, his father informs the district eight of police about the issue.

On the same day, his father was contacted via telephone and asked him to pay 100,000 US$ for the release of his son, finally they reach on paying 40,000 US$, and they were expecting to get this amount on that night, but before night, the child is found dead.

The assigned prosecutor of this case, after completing his lawsuit and citing the evidence and proves based on the documents demanded the court to execute him.
